Thanks for the suggestion. This is what we'd like to achieve:
- Tickets reporting the same issue are manually linked to a Jira item thanks to the integration between Zendesk and Jira that we already set up
- It will also be good to be able to select multiple tickets from a view and use the bulk function to link all of them together to the same Jira item - this is to speed up the process of linking cases to Jira, especially as sometimes we open a Jira later on and we need to go back and attach it to each ticket one by one.
- What will be ideal for us is to simply have a field where we can input the Jira number as we're now doing with the app integration (screenshot below). We don't need any other syncing at the moment, although it looks interesting!
Hope the above is clear, do you think it could still be possible with what you suggested? I will have a better look at the documentation you linked! Thanks a lot!

It would be great if we could link a Jira item to multiple emails at the same time when using the edit bulk function. It will save lots of time. Thanks

Ginger Collison Solution: you need to add the HTML content to the trigger in a minified version. This way, there won't have gaps between the content. I used this website https://www.willpeavy.com/tools/minifier/ to minigy my HTML and add it to the Zendesk trigger and it works fine!

I'm having the same issue with big blank spaces in the HTML email we're sending via triggers. When I inspect the page I can see that lots of

Hello, is it possible to display both the % and the total number on the same chart? For example, in this report, I've chosen to display the result in % (Result manipulation> Result path calculation > Pattern % of total). Ideally, I'd like the Datatips to show the total number of tickets for each bar to have an idea of both the % over the total (displayed value) and the plain number for each bar (in the datatips). Is that possible? Thanks!
