１つのカテゴリに多数のセクションを作成しても、ヘルプセンターの画面には30個しか表示されません。31個以上のセクションを表示させる方法をどこかに記述していただけますでしょうか。

GUIDEのトップ画面に表示可能なセクション数の上限は30です。
上限を増やす方法をご存じの方は教えてください。

The email format sent from zendesk to the requester is currently in HTML format, and I can't select plain text email.
In Japan, many companies prohibit the use of HTML emails for security reasons.
I would like you to be able to select plain text in the format of the email sent from zendesk.
