Barry Neary that's disappointing. Frankly, this whole conversation is disappointing. The problem with the application as it's built now, is you're trying to determine how a company handles their day to day ticketing process when you know nothing of the variables that help inform a team if such a feature can be utilized. In reality, you should be providing a basic feature kit that is industry standard and THEN customize it. You're working backwards and we're been telling Zendesk for the last 3 years what we want out of this specific feature and you're still not listening. Forcing users to a 3rd party app that costs money that you're probably getting a kickback on, is greedy and not good optics.

 

Makes me think very hard on whether or not I want to renew this product this year.

Need a bit of help on this one.

 

I have nested drop down fields and each value in the drop down field has a unique tag but ends with _US, _uk etc. Is there a formula I can use that IF _US is a tag on a ticket, it returns the exact value for that ticket?

Christopher Kennedy another question on this.

 

If the encoded ID needs to be in the body, what address is the email sent to? sending to our support alias creates a new ticket, and sending to the support+idxxxxxxx doesn't work at all.

to only include the URL's for all the attachments in public comments but not the comments? The above returns all comments without an attachment as well and I'm having trouble editing it.

I Agree would be good to know Api token with restricted acesss

I want to give someone API Access to work on an integration but I do not want them to have access to reporting. Is this possible?

Good afternoon.

Is it possible to report out on a specific field and only the tag that corresponds to the drop down selection in the field?

 

For example I have a dropdown with 10 choices, each of those 10 choices has it's own unique tag. I want to report out on only choice 1 and show only the tag that corresponds with choice 1 in the dropdown.
