Heading fields on forms
Hello Zendesk, it would be a nice feature to have headings as a field, right now we solve this by creating a text field and write with capital lettersm, but the text field is ofcourse under it.

We do not have Agent Workspace because of this. Please make a setting in Agent Workspace to change the order of comments like it is when Agent Workspace is not enabled.

This is a very basic feature which should be implemented and worked on, since there are so many customers, including us that agrees this is an issue.

Hello. When exporting the search to .csv file it does not support northern letters like ÆØÅ I guess it's because its not exported in UTF-8 format Can this be included or implemented?
