Zendesk shortcuts not working on Windows in Chrome

Agents using Chrome on Windows aren’t able to use shortcuts like ctrl + alt + Down or ctrl + alt + J in Support. There doesn’t appear to be an issue in Firefox or Chrome on Mac.   Thanks!
