I wish to use two fields "Account Name" and "Territory" together to filter tickets. The problem is Zendesk will only allow you to filter by one field. Ideally we will have a drop down for Territory in our organizations and use that with the organization Name to filter. Combining them together is currently not an option I can take.

The current setup works well for Primary Key type sync but our setup uses a Compound Key that uses name and territory which will causes objects of same name but different territory to share tickets with ZenDesk's current setup; which is unideal.

Give us the option to add more fields for the Field Matching ticket view section of setup. With my current SFDC instance we can have very similar account's and the only real way to tell them apart is check location along with name.

Hey
Does anyone know if we can use "Domains" for "Field matching" on "Account"? Due to how my salesforce org was set up it would be better to match "Domains" to data in my DB.

I figured it out. It was an unsupported browser problem. Switched to FireFox and it worked.

I’m currently trying to set up the Zendesk to salesforce integration and I've run into a problem. I followed the guide Setting up the Zendesk for Salesforce integration – Zendesk help but when I drag and drop the “ZenDesk_Ticket_View” LWC I get the error “Your browsing session has ended or is invalid. Please re-login to Salesforce.com again.”, but my connection to salesforce is fine. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
This is the error I get when I drag and drop the ticket lwc on the edit page. I've freshly reinstalled and double checked all settings but nothing seems out of place.
