When creating a ticket in Zendesk support the title do not go out in mail to enduser. They get "untitled ticket" even if {{ticket.title}} is in the mail title. it works when enduser creates ticket through Guide themselveves but not when agent creates an ticket. both triggers have the same criteria.

Is there any way of just allowing users from existing organizations to create accounts in Guide?

Even if author name is hidden in Guide articles, mails sent to customer who follow articles contains the name of author. Any way of removing the name??

Are there any way to get number of enduser accounts created in Guide?

I am trying to rate as enduser.

Get blank screen and error 401 when rating.
