Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

I am wondering if it would be possible to update Zendesk to allow us to update the ticket preview pane?   It would be ideal if we could include alternate information on the left side of the pane.  Curently the ticket tags are all that is visible and that is not particularly helpful for our org.

Can anyone advise where within the Zendesk Admin Center I can find the configuration showing the enforcement of TLS 1.2 as a minimum requirement?

If we import users already in there, will they have 2 accounts/profiles in Zendesk?  Or are their existing profiles overwritten?

Hiedi Kysther most were created when the Sandbox was generated.  Is the best way to import them anyway so they receive the invite?

KommentarHow to fix access issues

We are planning to provide Sandbox access to all team members as a training component.  What is the best way to invite users to access the sandbox?  All users were copied into the sandbox when it was created.  Do we have to send individual invitations?  What is the best route to take?

Post Q&A - Tickets and email

Hello all: 

We are having issues with tickets re-bolding even though they have been read, and there has been no update.  This has been going on since Friday.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Were you able tor resolve it?  If so, can you please share your approach?
