Hi, i also cant export the report which is not perfect because i have weekly stats to prepare and the old version no longer shows the data i need for some reason?

Hi, I have a question about using Explorer to generate a report of how many and which tickets have breached the SLAs - when I used Breached SLA targets I can see as not breached tickets that have been open for quite a while that obviously broke the SLAs I've set up. Why is it that this data appears in the report like that - I can see that there are tickets with much quicker turnaround and resolution times that have breached the SLAs?

Hi,

I need to make macros mandatory when people are creating tickets with a specific brand - meaning that as soon as they select the brand the macro will apply and they will not be able to submit the ticket without it.

I've found this thread: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409222733082-Multi-Brand-Restricting-Macros-by-Brand-rather-than-Group?input_string=Macros%20dependant%20on%20ticket%20brand but it doesn't really show how this can be done - if it can be done?
