An extra click is now required to open text formatting options (Bold / Italics) and apply. These buttons should be instantly accessible from the top level instead of being hidden behind another dropdown.

Clicking on Heading Styles dropdown doesn't reflect which heading style is active on a selection of text. It only shows styling for non-styled (standard) paragraphs. Unless we check the HTML it's impossible to determine which style is applied where.

Additionally, instead of a down-arrow next to H, it would be far better to display the style name that is active, with the arrow next to it, much like in Google Docs. 

There seems to be a bug that affects multi-level numbering when editing a Draft. It looks like the styles are not correctly applied between the levels (i.e. per settings configured in the Theme). However, this is handled correctly in the frontend when Previewing the article. For example,

In Preview/Published - correct

We are a global company with many customers across China and need to support them with video tutorials.

However, as Vimeo and YouTube platforms are banned across China, and BiliBili.com (commonly used in that region) not being supported by Zendesk, we find that the only way to embed the iframes in the source code is to allow unsafe content across the entire HC.

Is there another way to do this without enabling unsafe content?

Also, when is Zendesk likely to add BiliBili to the list of supported hosting platforms?

Please can we have an update on the expected release of the category filter in the reporting yet?
