Dear @...,

We have a massive use of side conversation (mostly email) with colleagues with usually from 2 to 50 email treads for complex issue that we manage in our service team.

Color set-up and also complete text formatting is a must have for proper work. Biggest complain for our service agent is the "limited functionality/usability" of side conversation, this is so sad for out team. We have promise that color set-up will be avable in new workspace, we are doing now the upgrade and we discovered that this function is only partially implemented. 

Do you think that new update will come up on side conversation? If yes, when?

Do you provide also text color for side conversation? 

Usually we need it to use it with colleagues for technical discussion. It is very useful in public/private comments but it would be better to have also side conversation (email) aligned with also color set-up.

A new "unsend email button" could be a very nice functionality. 

Also if we can do it only from "back door", directly from google service as a "email recall".

+1 It would be nice to have a "Print Configuration window" every time that someone print a ticket where you can select easily witch component you would like to add on the Ticket Printing (ex. Tag, Custom Field, SLA, Private Note, etc.).
