Any ideas why if I embed 2 Vimeo videos in an article only the second one displays?  (It's not an issue with the 1st video because if I reverse the order, still only the second one displays. Inspecting the page with devtools shows that zd completely skipped the first video, didn't even try to insert it - there is no coding for it at all.)

Post Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Image management is the single-worst implemented feature in ZenDesk Guide, by far.

At minimum need:

  • Ability select multiple images to delete at once.  Right now its a minimum 3 click process for each and you have to do one at a time.
  • Ability to view a list of unused images (images not referenced by any article), and then ability to multi-select and delete them.  (If you're applying an image limit, you have to give customers the tools to manage the images properly.)

Post Q&A - Help center and community

How can we allow all signed-in users to access the Help Center (ZD Guide) but only selected users to view/open service tickets?  Guess I'd like another Access option like "Can't access tickets / Help center only".  Is there any way to implement this?
