It would be more useful for us to be able to restrict statuses based on custom roles, rather than Group membership. We use roles to define ways of working, where a supervisor might be able to select which channel they are assisting but an agent would not.

This is a huge need for us, especially for re-opened tickets that may be waiting for the original agent to resume to conversation or for messaging conversations that have been escalated to Groups that may be slower to respond.

Was the list of twilio domains recently updated? We would need advanced notice when this happens to prevent disruption to our phone channel.
