Hi Alex C. I get this error if I forget to enter the ticket.id placeholder value or a enter a wrong separator. Did you make sure you enter a single integer or integers separated by commas only?

In my experience, this is not possible. Explore does not allow combining datasets (SLAs and Ticket History). You may need a complex excel report that can fetch data directly from tickets API.
