I’d recommend checking out the Attachment Redaction add-on from our GDPR Compliance app for Zendesk. It’s super handy for deleting attachments from tickets, even the closed ones, without touching any other data. You can also pick specific file types to remove and handle everything in bulk. Definitely worth a try if you’re dealing with storage issues.

Hi Nizar! Actually, the GDPR Compliance app for Zendesk can help you. It lets you bulk delete users, tickets, organizations, and attachments. All you need to do is create a list with the conditions you need, including standard fields (e.g., created/updated at …), tags, and custom fields.
Also, it's possible to schedule and automate deletion to run weekly, monthly, or yearly. So, it's a great solution to control your data and file storage.

Just create different kinds of lists with needed conditions using standard fields (e.g., created/updated at …), tags, and your custom fields. Hi Erik Krause! We suggest you try our Email Tracking app for Zendesk. It does exactly what you need by tracking emails and link openings. Our app automatically updates tickets' custom 'Seen/Unseen' fields. Unlike other apps, you can set up Seen/Unseen columns in your Ticket Views. This way, you can see which ticket has been read without opening it.

Hi everyone! Wanted to let you know about our Email Tracking for Zendesk. We totally understand the problem of not having native read receipts, so we designed our app to integrate seamlessly into the platform and allow you to track email opens quickly.
This way, when a customer opens your email, the application automatically updates the ticket's custom 'Seen/Unseen' fields. Also, if you prefer, you can enable browser push notifications or internal comments with detailed info. But if that feels too intrusive, you can easily turn them off.
