Hi! 

We recently enabled the callback feature for our customers and I've noticed the Abandoned in queue and Callback requested counts at end of day are very close to each other (3 off to be exact). Does a customer requesting a callback also record as abandoned in queue?

Post Q&A - Tickets and email

Is it possible to remove the text from our emails that states " Your ticket update has been received by Zola Customer Support and is being reviewed". We have several teams working out of Zendesk and it isn't relevant for all teams to have this in the body of emails sent to customers.
