I want to give my clients the option to leave a VM while on hold by pressing 1. When you turn the VM feature on and select the custom VM message I created, does the custom message play while the client is on hold letting them know to press 1 to leave a VM? How does the client know to Press 1 to leave a VM? Do I add that to my custom message so they know to press 1? I'm trying to figure out how the client experience works while they are on hold and the VM feature is turned on.

Community-Kommentar Feedback - Voice (Talk)

Yen,

No there is not. Zendesk refuses to address this in their feature set. This is the reason why I am leaving Zendesk for Amazon Connect. Their voice software is so much more advanced.

I have the same need. Please prioritize for future consideration if possible.

Post Q&A - Talk and text

Is there a way to prioritize calls that are holding depending on the menu option they choose in our IVR? I have clients that are calling in from live fundraising events that are waiting on hold and I need to prioritize those callers over all of our other general support callers. We currently have 2 menu options (tech support & general support) in our IVR for all my clients to choose from, but if I were to create a 3rd additional menu option for these urgent event call types, can I prioritize those callers and put them to the very front of the line if calls are holding?

My clients that are calling in from their live events need urgent attention and they are having to wait on hold with the rest of our clients that just have general questions and are not urgent in nature.

I need a way to prioritize these urgent callers that are holding.

As you can see - the section labeled "Setup" has a lot more articles than 6 total articles. Here is a screenshot of all the articles in that section if I leave the "Show All" button enabled and click on it to show all articles in that section.

Thank you. When I enter this code into the CSS, it removes the "Show All" button but not all of the articles in my sections now appear. It is only showing the articles that were visible above the "show all" button but it does not list all of the articles in that section. It is only displaying 6 total articles per section rather than all of the articles in that section.

That is correct. I would like them to see all of the articles listed without needing to click on the "Show All" button. Basically just looking to remove the "Show All" button and have all the articles display when navigating to that section.
