Nora You can use triggers to set a higher priority on your major brands. Omnichannel will distribute those higher priority ones first.

Hi, is it possible to add an attribute to a my datatips which is not an element in my report? I see the instructions on how to add a hidden metric, but not an attribute.

ZZ Graeme Carmichael Your suggestion to use a dropdown custom field would work for me. Can you please elaborate or link me to an article on how to create Explore reports to track the changes?
(specifically, I'm looking to see ticket in which this custom field changed during a specific time frame)

Is there a way to report on when a particular tag was added? In the example given in this article, triggering the macro would add the tag unique_macro_tag. I'm looking to create a report/dashboard of all tickets with this tag, and be able to filter it to when this tag was added.

This article states that Skilled-Based Routing is available to Professional plans (non-suite). Can you confirm this? I am on enterprise but do not have the ability to modify routing or add skill based, as far as I can tell.

I too am running into this issue.
My Lite Users may have to be bumped down now to end-users (and lose all functionality that was needed as Lite Users), just because they are internal customers of our company, and we would like them using CSAT, which we recently upgraded in order to access.
