To differentiate normal tasks to high importance tasks, there should be the ability to view these tasks differently from normal set tasks. This could either be - highlighted in bold, with exclamation icons, or something to view these tasks as greater importance.

The ability to mass update tasks will save a tremendous amount of time. At present, the hugely time-consuming actions of having to individually go into each task and then push the task on to a particular date and time. A mass-updating feature, whereby you would be able to highlight tasks and then change the date/ time in bulk to a particular date/ time.
