Hi all,

After checking solutions on community and with Zendesk support team, my problem can't be solved for now. Who knows, a new functionality could be added.


We need to keep the request form to anonymous users and the login button (of the header) to users that follow their own organization tickets. But only hide the "sign-up"/"inscription" button from the login pop-up.

Hello all,

The title of this article is about "sign-up" button, not "sign-in" right ? 

 

My end-users need the login button on HC to see their own tickets. So far, every solution entirely removes the login button from the header...? (i tried it)

We create our end-users through API, and we don't want unknown users to create their own account without permission. 

And we also need to keep the form public, to anonymous users.

Can someone help me find a solution or understand this point please ?

Bonjour, 

Pouvez-vous me dire si la solution proposé fonctionne ? 

Quand je lis la proposition il me semble que toute la page de login est caché, est-ce bien le cas ? 

De ce que j'ai pu trouver, le seul moyen de limiter cela serait d'ajouter les domaines mail autorisés à la liste "Allowlist" mais je ne sais pas si cela limite simplement l'envoi des demandes ou également l'inscription ? 

Je cherche, à cacher seulement la ligne inscription, mais à laisser la page de login et "mot de passe oublié" pour que les utilisateurs finaux puissent quand même se connecter (uniquement les utilisateurs finaux déjà crées par nos admin)...

Did you shared the dashboard with them ? 

By default they are not visible to others (i think).

Hello!

It would be nice to have the possibility to create an empty board/query/table (?) in order to manually write data on empty fields and use as reference for calculated metrics on other dashboards. 

Like, a price table that is used as reference to calculate final costs/minute of tickets  on other query's. 

This would be more user friendly comparing to the metric/attributes formulas configuration layout.
