does the intent model also check attached documents for tone and information?

and if so, does it check all types of attachments like documents but also attached images?

can I make a report in explore to check how many times the expand feature is used or a suggested macro was used via these features instead of the normal macro selector?

is there a time-frame suggestion list we can check for which language will be coming available?

99% of our tickets are in Dutch and we are looking forward to having this feature available.
