This update is very discouraging as this feature has been requested by your clients since 2019!! There has been plenty of time to implement this. I don't understand why it is so hard, there is already a multi select option on the forms. Isn't if similar to a copy paste of that?

I agree completely. I understand that we may need to limit this ability to an admin, however we do need it to be available.

+1 for multi select on User level. Organization level would be nice as well.

Is there a way to add an attachment on the End User account page? I know we can add to a ticket, however would be really useful if it would be associated on the customer information. Each of our customers has an ID card, if they have multiple tickets it would be best to be attached to their User instead of each individual ticket.
