Did Zendesk really delete Collin's comment that explained exactly why this gaping security flaw is so dangerous, citing examples and proof? This is a pretty dark precedent.

James Hanley What is the update on this? Like many others, we are considering leaving Zendesk as a result of the endless delays on this issue and the security issues around the inability to filter attachments by type or extension. We hope to hear something soon. Thank you.

We also use SSO and being unable to disable these very confusing prompts is causing all kinds of havoc for our end users and the IT team. We must be able to turn this feature off, please!

Alternatively to Hovtzi's suggestion, simply display the time in the user's and agent's associated TZ but log the submitted TZ behind the scenes. This streamlines the interface and minimizes human error or confusion, but allows for accurate reporting of data. 

We would like this function as we are creating a security incident reporting form and not being able to sanitize critical data like time is a big miss.
