Hola, realilcé los pasos decritos, pero al enviar el link, le pide a los usuarios "loguearse" en GoodData. Son las mismas credenciales que las de Zendesk?  Gracias!

Hello, I do not see information about the measure "Assigned chats". Additionally, why in the csv export, this number is higher than the sum of "Missed, Dropped and Completed"? Thanks,
