That's the problem! Our apps are setup to appear for all agents currently, but the settings in contextual workspace do nothing to limit the apps that are visible. Or am I understanding the function...

Is there any way to exclude tickets that have 0 total time attributed to them from Insights reporting, and would this be done at the MAQL stage or can it be done via a smart filter in Insights?

Guided mode - skip dialogue when solving a ticket
BeantwortetIs guided mode bugged for anyone else as of this morning? We've come across a bug where upon submitting the ticket as solved, the "why are you skipping this ticket" dialogue is appearing.
