And frankly for us, we'd prefer just one button to vote on an item. We don't need the down button. So I'll look forward to any tips on how to change the default.

I agree with this. The new up down buttons are too subtle and therefore are just not being used at all by our clients. A bigger clearer button to vote on an item would be ideal.

We'd like this as well. After moving to Help Center we now want to clean out old forum posts more than 12 months old. It's going to take alot of man hours to go in and delete them all manually.
