    We need ability to know if user's phone is capably of receiving text messages. We do know internally the user's phone type, but there is no place in zendesk to store this information in a structure...

    Looking at https://developer.zendesk.com/apps/docs/support-api/ticket_sidebar#ticket-change-events there's no ZAF event if notes is changed on a requester.  You have these events: ticket.requester....

    3. Read only ticket field for agents

    +1. We want to link zendesk users with their stripe accounts via the stripe customer id. We don't want this field to be editable by agents because they can accidentally change it.
