Upvote from me on this. It's critical to see who's next in the queue to help them prepare to take the call, and as a manager see if calls are being declined / missed for good reason.

Ability to add user fields to ticket view
Please add the ability to integrate user fields in the ticket view. We have key fields about users we would like to see all in one view for handling tickets.
