Upvoting this. It's quite bizarre that such a basic functionality is not available natively.

I hope the Zendesk team understand that Support is not only about solving issues. We need to document it properly and measure each incoming ticket with relevant timestamps and metrics.

I upvoted this idea. This should definitely be available out of the box, without relying on APIs.

The filters on the TEAM MEMBERS page is pretty limited.

Why can't we filter based on all available attributes like GROUPS they belong to?

Or EMAIL, TIME ZONE, LANGUAGE... Whatever attribute they have.
