I couldn't agree more, and as a result of this tardiness approach to their customers, Zendesk is very low down on my evaluation for a supporting tool next year.

Where can I start configuring the help centre?
BeantwortetI'm looking to create a help centre for our customer to self serve tickets they have raised. However, either I'm blind, or I can't see the space where I can configure this as well as enable it.

Was this functionality ever released? Other competitors have this functionality and if we are expected to pay for an additional service, I can't see why we should continue using Zendesk. Thirteen y...
