We are also not seeing Sections after selecting a Category. I recorded a Loom

When attempting to edit one particular article containing a large content block, the page freezes or times out and won’t open the Edit screen.
Details:
- The content block contains a significant amount of content and multiple tables.
- While there are other content blocks with similar complexity, this is the only one causing the issue
- My Zendesk admin investigated the issue a little bit and came back with, “Something is hanging in the network tab, but I can’t work it out.”
Notes:
- I wonder if this is related to the HTML Editor slowness issue discussed here: Zendesk HTML Editor Slowness ?

Are there plans to have a place in Guide Admin to access all HTML blocks - like what is available for Content Blocks?
Currently, we've “hacked” Content Blocks to act as “insertable templates” for our authors (who insert then unlink the block, then populate the “template” to create an article). HTML blocks could also be useful - example: for inserting callout “templates” (and then unlinking/populating)

I understand and appreciate the purpose of the HTML blocks, but the implementation of them should be optional and/or customizable.
Use Case:
We provide article outlines that non-tech-savvy authors can easily copy and paste into new, blank articles. These outlines come pre-structured with all the necessary formatting—headings, tables, tabs, placeholders, etc.—allowing the authors to focus solely on adding content.
We do NOT want these headings, tables, tabs, placeholders, etc. to be within HTML blocks. The use of WYSIWYG is absolutely critical here.
Relates to this documented breaking change

Ann Le - were you removed and did it help?
We have “template” pages for our non-tech-savvy authors to use to create articles and they are all rendered useless at the moment and it's a DISASTER. If the easiest thing to do is to leave the EAP then I will do that
FYI: I put some feedback requesting that this HTML block feature be optional/customizable…

I agree with the previous statements: not having CTRL+R as Replace All is seriously slowing me down. This shortcut was extremely useful when editing content that was copied over from another source, e.g. Google Docs. (There's so much unnecessary code copied over and I have to manually remove it - so every extra click/mouse move is substantial!) Please consider bringing back this functionality!
