I concur that admins should have access to all dashboards and access is only limited to the user that created the dashboard. There is always the issue with making changes when a person leaves company and auto delivery of reports cannot be edited or deleted.

Is there a way to edit solved tickets that had incorrect information entered?

Is there a way to edit the dropdown fields for a trigger? It is easy with forms. Why the restriction with triggers?

I concur. We also need the ability to edit the dropdown filters for the views.
