I cannot find anything specific on this data point. (Linked Articles Per ticket) 

What I would like to accomplish is see how I can leverage this data point with agent engagement and move this % in a positive direction.

Is there a way to see the actual CSTAT response? Not just on the Report

For example can we the admin get a copy of each response from the customer?

Zendesk team we need to be able to perform this simple task. Please make sure this is ready before Q4. I asked well over a year ago and still seeing this question is very disappointing.

After reviewing this help page. I am trying to setup to translate articles to Vietnamese, however when I edit and article to translate to Vietnamese the article does not translate it is completely plank. I am probably missing a step
