option to Call the Customer is not in the Ticket?

Hello -

I am trying to go through "Transferring a Chat" to another agent and I do not see the "Chat window's Actions drop-down menu." Is this in Zendesk Support - in the Ticket that opens when you accept the chat? Thanks for the help!

KommentarHow to get help with phone call problems in Talk

Hello - I am having the same issue as Jakub  reported. Does anyone know the solution to the Talk icon not appearing in Zendesk Support? We can not change to be available. All our settings and permissions appear to be correct in Admin. Thank you.

Hello - I was sure I saw this option while in the Zendesk Demo. Please can you tell me if there is an update for: Callback request or Schedule a Callback in the Live Chat widget. Or a different way of doing something like this in Zendesk?
