The API documentation reference here advises not to use in production environment? What is recommened for role-based access controls for production?

The alphabetical sorting of the End Users seems to not be working properly either. If I search for an end user by their name the result end user is returned. If I use the Name sort and navigate to the second page where the "B" names appear it does not display however if I type in the search field to locate the end user it returns?

I agree at present the only option I see is to Inactivate a custom ticket status. Which unfortunately any trigger or automation using that inactive custom ticket status. In addition once you inactivate the custom ticket status, it still shows up in the dropdown list for ticket status when editing an existing trigger even though no tickets exists in the instance with that inactive custom ticket status.

Very interested in the alert notifications as well! Is there something in the API Docs that advises how we get a cron job established until this feature is available to configure in the UI? Checking this daily for the Salesforce Integration errors is too laborsome.

We are also looking for the roadmap to have Custom Ticket Status (CTS) available for this feature since many clients during our testing have requested better sorting and filtering options.
