I am guessing this is a hot topic for more than us as your customer..?? I cannot belive its not a native product integration between sell and support, i actually took it for granted that it was when we decided to buy Zendesk. Zendesk hasnt solved our need for ONE masterdata of our customers, and to do manual export is not an option. Do we really need to look into other systems?  

Following! This is soon a reason to change from Zendesk to something Else….

I am very surprised that Zendesk is not commenting on this post. We have used Zendesk Support and now we want to include Sell in our portfolio, but there is no connection between Sell and support, sell is to be consider as any other 3party integration. This made us look for a new supplier of both support and crm system...

This functionality is a must for us. with many customer on support and new from sell it MUST be bi-directional. When is the real time sync on ETA? 

As a software company, I want to make the current version files available for download in the help center, but there is limit in file size in helpcenter. Have anyone done this or have a solution?
