Has this feature been added? Is there a way to differentiate between tickets for callbacks that did not happen and tickets set up for calls forwarded?

It is 3rd quarter 2023. Is there a way to search deleted tickets efficiently yet?

is the time it takes to complete a call back calculated in the average answer time?
