We are a government entity and individual departments will need to be billed separately if we reach our storage limits and are required to purchase additional storage. To determine how much storage a particular department is consuming, we need the ability to filter storage usage by Group.
- Will any further enhancements be made to the overall account Storage Usage dashboard? (if so, can you please share)
- Is account storage usage going to be added to Explore reporting?

Hi Christine,
On the Usage Charges tab, the Credits issued do not appear in the Charges Summary area. The Credits issued are not listed in the detailed Call History area either.
Below is a screenshot of the Credit information that was on the retired History tab that I need to see on the new Usage Charges tab. I had Credits issued on 12/13/2022, 08/11/2023, and 09/05/2023 and I can no longer see those credits when I run the start and end dates for those dates/months on the new Usage Charges page.
Please let me know when the Credit information will be migrated over to the new Usage charges tab in Talk.

I can no longer see my Talk "History" tab and need it for the same reasons as James mentioned above in comments on October 25, 2021. I was relying on Debbie's response from October 29, 2021, that said "I can confirm that, yes we will move "the transaction section" over to the usage charges page before deprecating the History page. You won’t lose the ability to review Talk recharge once the History page goes away."
Has the "History" tab been deprecated? Please let me know where I can find Transactions for my Talk Credit reloads so that I can crosscheck them against invoices from our reseller.

We also need a way to designate a phone number type (e.g. cell or work) on an end user profile.

+1 - our agents raised the concern of sending a side conversation to a customer in error. They also expressed frustration with finding the correct side conversation recipient among our 30,000+ end users. Providing the functionality to limit side conversations by domain or other means would address this issue.

As David Brown asked above, I would like to know: Is there a way to restrict who can be contacted via side conversations, such as whitelisting a certain domain or even individual email addresses? When we enter a name in the "To" field on a side conversation, the search results list all of our 30k+ end users. The list of possible recipients is extremely large. We would like to restrict the number of results to specific domains, instead of seeing all end users and potentially sending the side conversation to an end user/customer.
Also, does Zendesk require that the recipient of a side conversation be added as an end user in Zendesk? It seems we cannot type an email address into the "to" field on a side conversation, we must first add the recipient as an end user.
