KommentarTicket customization

Would be really nice if we could make the customer context app two separate apps. One containing the customer context and the other containing just the interactions. 

We are using an app in our layout that makes the customer context portion superfluous and would love to see the 'Interactions' without needing to scroll past the customer context portion.

I feel like I've done this before, but I can't seem to get it to work. 

I would like my trend line to be a different colour from my chart, however, when I change the trend line colour, nothing happens. And changing the colour of the chart changes the colour of both the chart and the trend line. In the screenshot you can see the colour I've chosen for the trend line is red, but it is not updating.

It would be nice to be able to change the language the expand function uses. It defaults to US English so my agents need to adjust to UK

Is there any way to use dynamic content for the Customer Overview Fields(Name, Email) in the flow builder? They don't show up in my list of ticket fields and I would like to translate them

If you have a translated help centre you currently can't have any text in the hero image as it won't be translated to your other help centres. Would be nice to have the ability to select a hero image based on language.

Our Hero Image in our default language has text in it. We want to translate it and upload a different image to our translated help centre
