I noticed this morning that there is now an option to choose the reason for Suspending an end user as well as on the Customers page we can see a list of Suspended users. Both great things! However, after entering an Additional Comment along with the reason, where can those Comments be viewed?

It'd be nice to not limit this to Admins only. I'd like to see it be an option within custom roles to give a handful of trusted people the ability without giving them full-on admin rights.

Kommentar[ARCHIVE] Documentation

When the conversation bot suggests three articles, is there an order to them such as they display in order of highest to lowest weight for the three? Or is it randomly showing the top three where the highest weight may be second or third?

Community-KommentarZendesk Support Beta - Modernized Conversational Experience

If I want to enable this in our sandbox only, where do I specify that in the beta form? I want to be absolutely sure it does not go into our live environment if I join.
