Hi,
I have a scenario where I want to be able to govern the permissions to specific tickets.
Every agent should be allowed to view (read only) the tickets in group1 and members of group1 should have full access to the tickets. How can I accomplish that?

We're having the exact same issue as Anselm Engle and would love to see this functionality implemented.

Sabra Thank you for getting back. It's not that I have any specific translations that needs feedback. It's because different clients have different tone of voices and would like to express themselves in that tone of voice. E.g. I'm currently working for a client in the transportation sector and for them a ticket is not a Zendesk ticket, but the ticket you buy to travel :-)

Hi Nicole
I was thinking of how to do differ in the code. I would like to have as few differences in the code between my themes as possible. Preferred there shouldn't be any difference and that is why I'm looking at the #is statement to switch between brands, but I can't find a helper which will return the brand id

Hi,
I'm customizing the Copenhagen theme. We're using multiple brands and the theming is almost identical. I have a few places where I would like it to differ between the brands.
Can I do something like {{#is brand_id '123456789'}}
What I'm asking is. How do I know which brand I'm on?
Thanks
Rasmus

It seems like there is no way to edit the built in translations (t helpers). Is that correct?
If so, do you have it in your roadmap, because it's a really needed feature. It seems like we have to customize the theme, "just" because we're not happy with the wording which comes out of the box. It would be a really nice feature if the built in t helpers could be edited to fit our brand experience.

Hi,
I'm talking about system texts within Zendesk - eg. ticket/billet/anmodning in the support agent workspace and guide.
We would rather call them henvendelse or something similar

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to change or translate the system texts in Zendesk. We're using Zendesk, but some of the default text is not quite what we're looking for. We would like to customize or translate some of the system texts, so that they're more in line with our brand and messaging.
We've looked through the settings and documentation, but we haven't been able to find a clear answer on whether this is possible. Has anyone else been able to change or translate the system texts in Zendesk? If so, could you share any tips or resources that might be helpful?
Thanks in advance for any insights or advice you can provide!

Hi,
We have recently started using content tags on our articles, but we have encountered an issue. All of our articles are translated into four languages, however, we have noticed that it is not possible to translate content tags. This is a concern for us as it is a critical aspect of our work.
We would like to know if we are missing any information or if the feature to translate content tags is in the roadmap for future updates.
Thank you for your time and support.
