Anyone have answer for this?  I have been searching to change “Please choose your issue below”?  My customers are not looking for issue, they are looking for collaboration team.  This sentence not matched…

Is there possible to have "Hidden" on Download CSV button for those Agents?  I think this is neat for Agents to use for Search, but should hidden it.  With Administrator level, can have Download CSV button.

We have one with "Description" which usually have long characters, is there anyway wrap-text or size adjustable to add in web responsive for improve reading?

Do we have set up a permission to specific individual or groups for this app?  Will that impact to all users if there is no permission control?
