Filtered view is not fixed. I've created, applied, and saved. The BETA Dashboard reverts to default. Releasing a version of a product, suppling 10 - 30 links for people to click through and referencing 5 year old documentation on a new product is frustrating in the least for users of your product.

Agree with most comments here. I will not implement this nonsense until the fixes are made.
Bad at top, Good at bottom = Who determined it was a great idea to put the Bad rating first?
And stop asking me to buy yet another “APP” after ZD implements a change. It's yet another reason I'm looking at another solution for a ticketing system.

Incorrect information. our reports are under 300kb, Zendesk stopped sending scheduled reports NOV 12 2024. No response from Zendesk tech.

Incorrect information. Our tickets are set to close 24 hours after submitted as Solved, as explained in article. THe Satisfaction Rating is set to send 1 hour after Solved. THis has been working for over a year. beginning today NOV 8, I have customers that attempt to rate the ticket 3 or 5 hours after they receive the survey, click the link, and get a message stating “This request is now closed”.

So, I have TWO (2) SLA Policies = The Filter ONLY displays One, Why can't I Filter between Policies?
