There is no new information in that forum. They said dark mode was coming this year. We're all the way in November. All these fancy new features and they still can't provide a simple dark mode.

It would be great if we could set it to prompt you if try to close a ticket tab by clicking on the ‘x’. Right now, if you close a ticket tab, it will not keep your time.

I was able to get feature to work with addresses and passwords. Below are a list of suggestions:

 

Add detection for SSN

The feature should be detecting SSN. This is arguably the most important PII to detect and redact.

 

Add advanced options:

We need additional options for users to select which PII to look for as well as defined patterns for detection (ie: specific alphanumeric strings). This will allow for each user to fine tune to feature to the needs of the organization. We do not want to redact names or addresses.

 

Auto Delete Feature:

Allow for an auto delete feature or trigger for when PII is detected.
