It seems that your instance requires registration for users, which explains why users are being prompted by email to create a password. You can check this "Anybody can submit tickets, no registration required" to disable the feature.

You're right; scheduled deletion only applies to archived tickets, specifically those solved for at least 120 days. It isn't possible to schedule deletions for tickets less than 120 days old.

The capability to extract a requester's additional phone numbers and email addresses using placeholders is not supported. Standard placeholders like ticket.requester.phone and ticket.requester.email are limited to fetching only the primary phone number and email address.

You might want to switch to using Current user > Is > (end-user) rather than Requester > Role > Is > (end-user).
