Yes! I second this.Having a preview window for placeholders and other codes (<img src= "URL">) would go a long way in ensuring the information presented is what Admins are looking for.

If the ticket is assigned to an agent, the requester, if they have a registered account, can go into the ticket and mark it as Solved!
