Hi, I have a similar problem to Monica above, except my triggers won't fire if a ticket comes in via OAUTH API. Other triggers fire, but not one that interrogates the subject text. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

When migrating dashboards, many of the old dashboards use a time filter of 3 months in the past (for example), but when migrated the time filter won't keep the selection and will only appear as last 30 days. How do we get around this on the new dashboards?
