Hello,

 

When I am creating reports and I “Add to Dashboard” I end up on the tab that I didn't send the Report to. Is it possible to change the behavior to put me back into the tab that I sent the Report to? Thank you!

Hello, 

 

I wonder if it would be good to have the ability to edit the name of reports from the list view of reports within Explore. 

It makes it easier rather than having to go into the report and rename each time. 

 

From what I can tell, you can edit names from within the Dashboard (Edit in Report Builder) and within Report Builder (coming from the report list), so hopefully its something that can be applied if renaming doesn't change too much in the background. 

 

Saves time. Thank you!

I would like to filter by number of dashboards a report is in to know how often it is used. Highly used report vs not used report

Thanks! Can I add to this? It looks like I see the change in sandbox and production, but it looks like I can't use Enter to confirm the choice I am choosing within the drop down. Is that possible?

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Hello, 

Sometimes I find myself looking for a ticket and I know which page it will be on so I don't want to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to access the First, Previous, Next, Last buttons. 

 

Can we have another set of those buttons at the top of the ticket list instead of only at the bottom? 

This would be within the Views while viewing tickets.

Hello, 

Many times, when we are testing a flow, we test first within Zendesk Sandbox. 

When we are ready to push to Production, I have to recreate the Trigger all over again in Production and it sometimes would be multiple Triggers. 

Same thing goes for Macros, Views… 

 

Would it be possible to be able to export Triggers, Macros, Views.. etc?

Hello, I find myself trying to use arrow keys and tab as a way to navigate the Trigger create page.  

I do this for other apps if the feature is available. 

I was thinking it would be great to be able to use arrow keys and tab as a way to create a Trigger (Macros, Views..). It saves the effort (for me at least) from having to switch from keyboard to mouse since I would tab through the fillable sections, type, or use the arrow keys to go down the option list.

When suspended tickets are recovered, do they get hit with the triggers in place once release? We are noticing that when we release suspended tickets, they sit in their main queue rather than being hit with the trigger that is specifying to move it to the appropriate queue .. Is that something we can adjust?

I have requests from Agents to share their personal Macros with other people. It would be neat to have a function where Admins are able to share a personal Macro created by other Agents. As it stands, because we don't give the agents the ability to edit group Macros, I have to have the rest of the team recreate the Macro their fellow Agent had created for them to be able to use it. Why reinvent the wheel?
