As a Zendesk reseller from Estonia not having Estonian language available in AI agents or Advanced AI affects Zendesk competitiveness in Estonian market as everyone wants to use AI, but I have to say to clients that these features are still not available for them due to lack of languages (yet GenAI is very savvy in Estonian language). Same goes for Latvian and Lithuanian language.
So on behalf of our current and future clients I request following languages to be added to Zendesk AI products - AI agents, Advanced AI, Agent Copilot:
- Estonian
- Latvian
- Lithuanian

+1 for all our Zendesk clients as a reseller. It is sad that something so “given” as recurring holidays have not been implemented by Zendesk even 6 years and is not on a roadmap after the first comment was made here. There was a newer thread https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/7508850886170-Recurring-Holidays-in-Schedules as well, but it was closed down for comments and routed to here.

+1 and all hands up from us as a Zendesk reseller and also several of our clients have inquiried why Zendesk hasn't set this feature yet.

Adding Estonian language to AI agents would be also really crucial for our Estonian clients. At the moment a lot of them are looking into an Estonian AI solution due to that. ChatGPT4 is great with Estonian language and I assume also with Finnish, hence why I don't understand why it is so hard to add any of the smaller languages.
At the moment I just have to tell clients that Zendesk came up with great new stuff, but sorry, there's no use of it as it doesnt support Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian. And AI is what most of our clients are asking me about.

Indeed it is much needed and so obvious feature - such as when people make choices in your answer bot, you know what selections they made to get to you, it would be given that agent needs to see what option client chose on IVR.

Great comment, we are hailing from Estonia, so for older generation who doesnt speak or use English on a daily basis, it is the same - people dont always understand what the e-mail is about.

Dear Shawna James - it is not just "any one piece of feedback", but an issue for Sell users for more than 2,5 years. I understand Sell was initially bought in as a different product and added to Zendesk, but for us as reseller partner, several potential clients have decided for alternative solutions due to the fact that Sell & Support contacts don't sync. So this is something Zendesk should prioritize.

If we only need it for 1 brand and 1 agent although we have about 28 agents altogether, can we add the Advanced add-on only to one agent - buy just 1 add-on?
