Hello,
We have the following requirements:
- Different forms need different titles / description sub-text in the description fields.
- The fields need to be internationalized based on the help-center language.
(2) is largely solved by leveraging the dynamic content system in Zendesk, however (1) cannot be. I saw some posts about injecting jquery into the help-center, but if I do that, then I break (2) since dynamic content can no longer be leveraged.
What is the way forward here?

It would be great to easily create a view of tickets you follow.

I didn't see a way to do this, we want to be able to have different custom status's for different form types. How can this be done?

If an agent manually creates a side conversation, they can select fields like copying over the form fields, the followers, etc. If you create a side-conversation from a trigger, the same isn't possible. I need to be able to trigger a side conversation and copy in all the same fields.
